What is Socializd?

Socializd is a new social media planning & management tool for social media brands. Socializd helps social media managers work closely with the entire team regardless of team size. Socializd makes drafting, approving, scheduling, and publishing social media posts a breeze!

What makes Socializd different than other social media management platforms?

Socializd is designed with social media teams, large and small, in mind. Teams who rely on collaboration & approvals for post and content development. We found teams were struggling with spreadsheets or lengthy email chains to curate content, but now teammates can easily share posts with all stakeholders so everyone is always on the same page!

Which social media platforms does Socializd support?

For publishing, we can push posts out to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. We are working on including various other social networks including: Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and more.

Is there a limit to the number of social media accounts you can register?

We have limited the number of social media accounts each brand can register (to 10), however if you need more profiles let us know and we work with you to make adjustments!

Is there a limit to how many users can we assign to a brand?

Nope! There are no limits on the number of teammates that you can add to your brands!

Can I see all of my clients’ posts together in one view?

To help avoid confusion and keep the platform organized, every single brand you onboard will have their own unique space & calendar. However, switching between your various clients is as simple as 1..2..3.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We leverage Stripe to process credit card payments. So we accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. None of your credit card details are ever stored on our servers.

What kind of support and training is included as a Socializd user?

We provide amazing support via our in-app chat as well as email! We love supporting our customers so we’re also happy to provide training sessions as required.
